At Respawn Walls, we work hard to deliver your products safely and within the stated time frames. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store.


1) Order Processing Time

  • Processing time: 3 business days from payment confirmation.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Central Time, CT) will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, year-end holidays), processing times may extend slightly; any delays will be communicated via checkout or email.


2) Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping: 9 business days after the package is handed to the carrier.

  • Estimated total delivery time: 3 business days (processing) + 9 business days (shipping) = approximately 12 business days (around 2–3 calendar weeks, depending on your location and holidays).

  • Transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


3) Shipping Areas and Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States and most international destinations.

  • Some areas may have limited service (e.g., P.O. boxes, military addresses, remote regions).

  • If your address is not serviceable, we’ll contact you to update it or cancel and refund your order.


4) Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and available carrier service.

  • Free shipping” promotions, when offered, apply under the specific conditions advertised and may exclude certain regions or items.


5) Taxes, Duties, and Customs (International Orders)

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees charged by the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may affect delivery times.


6) Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s system.


7) Delivery Address and Changes

  • Please verify your shipping address carefully before checkout.

  • We may be able to update the address before the order is shipped, but once handed to the carrier, address changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed addresses may be subject to re-shipping fees or refunded minus actual shipping and handling costs.


8) Failed Deliveries, Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with neighbors or your building’s front desk and wait 24 hours.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of the marked delivery at respawnwalls@use.startmail.com.

  • We’ll open an investigation with the carrier; you may be asked for proof of non-delivery (photos, statement, or video).

  • Respawn Walls is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll assist you in filing a claim or finding a fair resolution.


9) Force Majeure and Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, customs inspections, or public emergencies.
In such cases, delivery times may be extended accordingly.


10) Multiple Shipments and Backorders

  • Your order may be split into multiple shipments at no extra cost to expedite delivery.

  • Pre-orders or backordered items (if applicable) will display an estimated delivery date; other items may be shipped separately.


11) Risk of Loss and Title

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the carrier accepts the package (pickup scan).
This does not affect your legal consumer rights under applicable law.


12) Fraud Prevention and Verification

To protect our customers, we may request additional verification (e.g., confirmation of billing/shipping details).
If verification cannot be completed within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
